Programmable logic controllers (PLC) and SSPS (fail-safe)
For the control of your plants in industry and mechanical engineering, we flexibly adapt to your specifications and systems: We want to support you in realizing your goals in the best possible way – if necessary, also by integrating older hardware or unusual software. With our know-how in the field of safety-related control systems (SSPS), we are your partner when it comes to ensuring not only availability but also the necessary personal, plant and environmental safety. Our certified employees have a lot of experience and have already completed numerous demanding projects.

Network and bus systems
Automation and operation can only run safely, smoothly and efficiently on the basis of up-to-date, centralized data storage. We at gat plan and implement fail-safe networks for this purpose and select the bus system suitable for your project. We offer various tools and protocols for communication between different programs, Scada systems (supervisory control and data acquisition) and SQL databases, as well as other software services such as remote maintenance on request.
Databases
A well set up and equally well managed database enables more efficient work and creates a flexible basis for all current and future processes in automation: Data is the indispensable basis for process histories, documentation requirements, links and highly complex control strategies.
At gat, we use database systems from proven manufacturers and configure powerful digital storage on this basis, allowing you to collect, archive and meaningfully link your relevant data.
Cyber Security
Threats to companies' IT and OT networks are on the rise: they jeopardize the smooth running of operational processes and therefore also productivity. Companies from addressed (critical) sectors protect themselves and thus comply with regulations and standards such as NIS-2 or IEC 62443. However, companies that operate as suppliers are also part of the supply chain and therefore fall into the regulated area or have an interest in protecting themselves.
With our partner TT-CS, we offer the complete portfolio from risk analysis and assessment to the creation and implementation of a multi-layered cyber security concept based on the "Defense in Depth" principle through to monitoring and control.
