... and career opportunities, even as a medium-sized company! A good example of this is Eduard Hof, who completed an internship in production at branch "North" in 2012 and subsequently began his training as an "electronics technician for industrial engineering" at gat. In 2015, he successfully passed his final examination.
He then continued to work at gat until 2018, which enabled him to obtain his university entrance qualification. This enabled him to start studying engineering (specialized in automation technology) in 2018. In parallel, he continued to work in our production – now as a student trainee. Two years later, he moved to the planning department, where he gained his first experience with EPLAN and was extensively trained in the "Shell" team. At the end of 2021, he began his bachelor's thesis: "Conception and optimization of the use of frequency converters for the control of product pumps".
In 2022 we were able to congratulate Eduard on passing his exam! We are very happy to have won him as a permanent employee in planning – and excited to see how his path at gat will continue.
